Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by entering data into our systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be crucial in ensuring the integrity of our data for effective decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data from various sources into databases, spreadsheets, or other software systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, and identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical, as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Follow data entry procedures and protocols to ensure data security and confidentiality.
Qualification
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data entry and management software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, database systems).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
