Job Description
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs. Your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate relationship management will contribute to our success in building a talented workforce.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop sourcing strategies to fulfill recruitment needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (such as job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure their qualifications align with job requirements.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide qualified candidates for open positions.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
